Simon T. Bailey is the leader of the brilliance movement and one of America’s top ten most booked corporate and association speakers according to The Speakers Experts. Simon has many years of business experience with six different companies and is the former sales director for the world- renowned Disney Institute based at Walt Disney World Resort®. Since leaving Disney, he has spoken on six continents to 1,000+ organizations including AT&T, IBM, MasterCard, Microsoft and Toyota. Simon has authored seven books including Release Your Brilliance which is published by HarperCollins. A Fortune 500 executive read his latest book, Shift Your Brilliance: Harness the Power of You Inc., and had 300 copies ordered for her entire division.
He holds a Master’s Degree from Faith Christian University and was inducted as an honorary member of the University of Central Florida Golden Key Honor Society. He serves on the advisory council for Management and Executive Education for the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, one of the top 25 best private graduate business schools in the United States.
When he is not working, he roots for the Buffalo Bills, collects rare stamps and global currency, and is an avid movie goer. Simon resides in Windermere, Florida with his wife and their two active teenagers.
