In 1983, a banker in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, with a soft spot in his heart for a 22 year old kid, made a loan of $3,000. And, Mark launched his dream. Today, through his foundation, Mark presents one to three grants of $3,000 to kids (under 30) with a dream every year. Today, Mark speaks over 50 times per year and maintains an active book of 50 coaching clients. He runs Small Business Success based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is the founder of Y.E.S. or Young Entrepreneurs Succeed, a Mark LeBlanc Foundation that supports aspiring and emerging business owners. He is the creator of a Select Coaching Network of business coaches. He is the Chairman of the Board and co-founder, along with Henry DeVries, of Indie Books International. Indie Books is based out of Southern California.
On a personal note, Mark is a great uncle to his nieces and nephews. He calls his dad every day and his mom is a small business success story of her own and his true inspiration. He is married to Ann and they live in downtown Minneapolis. Mark and Ann always have room for guests at their dinner table. They are planning a return trip to Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago in September, 2017.
