Thank you so much for being here to offer your gifts to us! Your keynote touched on such important factors for all of us. I am a retired social worker now serving a tiny congregation in rural northern Minnesota as a synod and authorized minister. I want to thank you for weaving in a little bit of highly significant “ancient wisdom” into your excellent presentation. In this incredibly diverse world it can be challenging to honor the divine without offending someone and you handled it beautifully!!!
Sue Lyback, Retired Social Worker, Minnesota Social Service Association
I griped all morning running late to this conference of 4000 people, trying to get kids ready before I left and wondering if it was worth missing work when I am already so overwhelmed and quickly headed toward burnout. I am so glad I made it to hear you speak as the keynote. You spoke on everything I needed to hear and I am grateful. I know so many others were as well. Thank you!
Clare R.- Social Service Worker, Minnesota Social Service Association
Roxane, I want to thank you for your heart and your vulnerability with us! You moved me and those around me to tears. That cannot be taught. Your humanity is beautiful.
