Kevin E. O’Connor, CSP is a professional speaker specializing in leaders charged with leading their peers…physicians, nurses, pharmaceutical teams, healthcare executives, and other technically trained professionals going beyond management to leadership.

Kevin holds three masters degrees and his expertise focuses on the challenges of leadership, business relationships, and the effectiveness of teams.

Most of his professional work is for Medical and Pharmaceutical professionals.

Kevin is a faculty member of the Graduate School of Chicago’s Loyola University. He is also faculty for The American Association for Physician Leadership (formerly ACPE), The American College of Healthcare Executives, and has taught for The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, and The Joint Commission.

He has worked with Medical Affairs for Searle, OhioHealth, Pharmacia, Sanofi-Aventis, Amgen, ISTA, Takeda North America, Novartis, ONYX, Intermountain Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Baxter, Gundersen Lutheran Health System,Baxter BioScience, USAF Medical Command, Eli Lilly, MDAnderson, and Puma BioTechnology.

Kevin is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional). Fewer than 600 persons in the world hold this honor for speaking excellence.
