Linda Schwefel brings over 20 years of training, keynote speaking, coaching, and professional selling experience to her role as Managing Partner of DiscoverYourself.com. She has been a Sales Manager, and Top Salesperson with Xerox, where she was the Marketing Representative of the Year her very first year. Linda later worked as an Account Manager for Versyss Corporation (OEM for IBM), where she was ranked 2nd nationally out of 700 Sales Representatives 5 years in a row.
Linda's sales career evolved into conducting full-time sales training and delivering keynote speeches in 1991. This led her to found Keynotes.com, which she ran as a speaker's bureau from 1993-1998, while also speaking and training sales teams, leaders and senior executives across the country.
Today she delivers keynotes, teaches programs and workshops and coaches using the Insights Discovery System. Linda delivers an engaging and informative session which shows attendees how Insights can aid communication among members, and enhance self-discovery. Linda's programs are fun and interactive, and they teach participants how to understand themselves and others better. Linda also speaks to Vistage, the largest CEO membership organization in the world. She teaches from a real-world perspective as a business owner herself and engages leaders to maximize the impact of her programs.
Linda has a BA in Business from the University of San Diego, and multiple sales training certifications. She lives in Excelsior, Minnesota with her husband Scott, and has three children, Kenzie, Connor and Scottie Nicole.
