She has leveraged this experience to create an actionable 12 step program that empowers executives to direct their careers forward in a meaningful and personal way. Her exclusive process allows for individual development and ownership of each person’s personal brand, and the results speak for themselves. Over 60% of her career mentees have secured new roles within six months of completing her program.

She has been a featured key speaker for the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association, the Girls Scouts of Greater Atlanta and multiple divisions (global and domestic) within The Coca-Cola Company.

Marti also finds great joy and laughter with her three kids, husband and puppy. She is an avid hometown Minnesota Viking fan and is confident they will win a Superbowl, at some point, in her lifetime.
