Meet Johnny Crowder
Mental Health Advocate
Founder & CEO, Cope Notes
Are you looking for something different for your audience? Someone who will touch both their brains and their hearts?
Meet Johnny Crowder. After studying psychology at UCF and volunteering with National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI), he created Cope Notes to help others improve mental and emotional health, and became a powerful and energizing keynote speaker.
“My whole job is to use the awful things I’ve been through to drive radical change in the lives of other people. And your whole job is to put together the greatest event in the history of the universe. I can help with that.”
He’s not the typical suit and tie, PowerPoint keynote speaker. He uses storytelling, science, and humor to bring groups to:
- Beyond Coping: How to Foster Resilience, Connection, and Happiness in the Workplace
- The Surprising Productivity of Self-Care: Using Mindfulness to Combat Burnout and Compassion Fatigue
- The Punk Rock Guide to Building a Brand: How to Earn Millions Without Selling Your Soul
When he’s not speaking, Johnny is a certified recovery peer specialist and mental health advocate. He also bears his soul touring as a metalhead.
